In all treatments the approach by all staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. My most frequent visits are for skin boosters and although they are readily available everywhere - Reeta has both the eye and hand to ensure that the treatment is comfortable and achieves the best results. The atmosphere was lovely and Arooj was nice, she made me feel comfortable. However, the facial was wrongly advertised as a ‘deep cleanse’. I still had visible blackheads the next day and my skin wasn’t as smooth as it normally is after a facial.

Taz is exceptional at the LVL lash lift and tint. She is quick, efficient and professional. When I have the treatment from Taz my eyelashes last for around 8 weeks which is brilliant.
