Paid for a normal haircut and got a dry haircut which I wasn’t happy about. Showed 3 pictures of what I would like and still came away without what I wanted. Raby was very nice and polite but I felt like I had to keep asking her to cut more, to copy the hairstyle I’d shown her in the pictures. I am not going back as I didn’t get the experience that it’s expected with a hairdresser, even though I could not fault Raby’s politeness and the fact that she was very nice.

Rabia was brilliant! Great haircut even on one of the busiest days of the year! Made me feel so relaxed, great atmosphere and very friendly! Talked me through all my options and checked I was happy the whole way through the haircut! Will definitely be coming here again, thank you so much!
