There was a therapist ( not dealing with me)who was quite rude and made it clear that I was in the way. I had to move off the table and then Sam finished off my nails. Sam was excellent. Willow was very accommodating too. I should be made to feel special instead I was made to feel as I was in the way.
Done well, and quick....which I prefer, relaxed environment, want to try other treatments.
