I love coming to see Rachel she always seems to know what I want even when I can't explain myself properly she just "gets it". I wanted a change in colour and decided to just go for it and trust Rachel's opinion and I'm so glad I did I LOVE my new colour! I get so many compliments on how nice it is...thanks so much hun you are a star! Professional, friendly, approachable and so skilled I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone with my hair xxx
