It was ok. Would recommend if you’re after a nice atmosphere to feel pampered. Location is fab, but the actually shellac manicure itself was a bit poor. Not very neat, a bit clumsy and nails haven’t been shaped/ files properly. The beautiful decor and shop front seem to be a distraction from the service itself.

It was my first time at this salon but not a good experience at all. I got charged extra (to what I had pre-paid on Treatwell) at the end because apparently there is a charge for gel removal? Which does not show up anywhere on Treatwell! This service was advertised as Gel Mani, which should include previous gel removal as well. However, I was asked to pay £8 extra at the end and altogether, it ended up being a quite overpriced service. Not worth it, given that I'll probably have to re-do my nails in < 2 weeks, since gel application quality was not the best and one of them is already close to chipping (I came here only 3 days ago).
