Overall very happy with the service! The entrance floor is very modern and cute and the staff are very smiley and accommodating. I was taken to a room downstairs - this floor is still under renovation and the rooms are seperated by a curtain so you can hear other conversations going on which was a slight downside. However my beautician Tina was so nice and apologised for the noise so I didn't mind too much. Also love how my lashes turned out so overall very happy with the outcome. Will likely book again with Tina when I need to book for a infill
Eyelash Extensions
I went in for a manicure, however I changed my mind and had a pedicure instead.
Everyone was very nice in the salon, and even though one lady started the pedicure and she passed me on to someone else to continue, I didn’t mind.
I had a great massage as well from the guy that did it. Def recommend!

A bit of confusion with the voucher upon arrival as booked through Treatwell and not directly at Coco. A bit slap dash and not put at ease as the first time visiting Coco.
