The receptionist was very friendly. The parlour was very relaxing and welcoming. My treatment, however, started late and finished on time meaning that I didn't get the 60 minutes promised. Also, the massage therapist never asked me if there were any areas they should focus on, meaning they spent a lot of time on my arms and legs and not much on my back which was why I wanted the massage.
