I am extremely disappointed after telling the masseuse several times to go harder as she wasn’t releasing my knots on my body, she even stepped out to look for a masseuse who could but wasn’t available and then was adamant to finish the last 15 minutes even though I knew I wanted to stop. I spoke to the owner after the massage and disputed she did a good job but as a customer I felt no satisfaction and he proceeded to laugh in my face when he asked me do you want a refund thinking he was going 2
