This is the first facial I’ve had and it includes a neck and shoulder massage. Heaven☺️ soo relaxing felt very chilled afterwards. I usually have reflexology but now going to alternate the two, love the NYR products they make all the difference and always enjoy having a catching up with Sarah Bromham 😊
