Very noisy... nail technician popped in mid treatment, to ask where the loo was and to tell my therapist she was finished for the day. She was new so maybe that isn't the norm.
The therapist did the most amazing facial massage but the reason for the extremely low score is the cctv cameras in the therapy rooms.. I asked and they are in EVERY room. Not even sure that's legal????

Got this as a gift for my mums birthday and she loved it.. The staff were absolutely lovely from beginning to end.. Would definitely go there again without a doubt :-)
Jamie does my lashes and she's fantastic - nothing is too much of a problem, lovely friendly service and my eyelashes look and feel fab. Couldn't recommend anybody better to go to :)
