I'm not 100% sure who my therapist was as no one introduced themselves to me. Started off by waiting at the door for 10 mins with no one answering it - then another member of staff just casually walked in and ignored me at the door. If you don't have staff available for people who turn up earlier, just say in an e-mail and I would happily have turned up on time, instead of early. The whole service was very scatty and disorganised, more like a place where just friends/family get served.

The most gorgeous relaxing massage , being a hairdresser I suffer with my back and shoulders...Lyndsey sorted it out and it felt lovely x
