I arrived 5 mins early, so door was locked. Owner opened it and I was trying to say, 'sorry I'm wee bit early'. She put her finger to her mouth and nose, frowned and 'shushed me', almost like being back in primary school. Dreadful welcome. Treatment was totally underwhelming, with the beautician spreadeagled on the floor in front of me, with her socks on display. Very unprofessional and low grade. She had to wipe all 10 toes and skin with acetone as she had gone over the nails.
Better having done it myself.
