I was intrigued by the Neal's Yard Remedy Facial as I'm a fan of organic products, I was greeted by the very friendly therapist who then consulted me on my skin and was so professional and kind about the condition of it, suggested that I didn't have steam and extraction and to instead go for moisturising type of facial. I was concerned it wasn't going to do the job as I do have outbreaks but it totally relaxed me (I even fell asleep snoring!) and my skin was radiant afterwards and for the following week - my blemishes were even significantly faded by the next day! I'll definitely be back soon!

I had a great wax - leg, underarm and Hollywood. I was really impressed and the therapist was lovely, friendly and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be returning for more treatments.
