Unfortunately there was some hair left afterwards and problems with wax temperature.

Lovely lady who did my nails; very good customer service. The nail station was at the front of the salon so I didn't experience the rest of the venue, but the staff seemed nice enough. They play quite quite loud rock music, which might not be to everyone's taste, but I happen to enjoy it :)

I had a wonderful massage from Radiana. She's super friendly and warm, makes you feel at ease. Her massage style was fantastic, really firm and she put a lot of effort in.

Radiana was amazing. She did such a great massage - it was perfect hard pressure and she kept checking if it was ok. The venue is really easy to find on Finchley Rd.
