Asked me why I had tapes and not “sewed” hair. Used low quality products like Palmers and Tresemme, didn’t shampoo twice, had to tell her my hair wasn’t blown dry before she used my curling wand. I took all my own products apart from the Kerastase shampoo (wish I did) signs on the glass saying Botox £50!! That was a huge red flag. Never ever again! She then wanted to charge me 40% on top of the £28 I already paid.

The inside of the salon is beautiful and relaxing. I took my mum as a birthday treat and she had the most wonderful pedicure whilst I had a lashlift. My beautician was amazing and knew exactly how to deal with my short, stubborn lashes. They look so wonderful even a week later! She was very thoughtful and even gave my mum a complementary eyebrow shape whilst she was waiting for me to finish. Extremely reasonable prices. I 100% recommend but advise to wear layers as it was a little chilly.
