Lash lift barely noticeable, paid for nothing pretty much. Also have colour tint all down my jumper as I left and was told the only way to get the lift properly is to come back in 1 month and pay again for it. I’ve had lash lifts for years and never been told this or left the salon with nothing to show for it. I was also sat extremely uncomfortably for the whole time with my neck in pain. Won’t be back unfortunately. Feel like I really wasted my money.

First blow dry I have ever had where both my scalp and ear have been burnt. The blow-dry was finished by another stylist who asked if my scalp wad always that red! Was not asked how I wanted my hair styling. Ths first stylist didn't understand when I asked questions or begged for the dryer to be turned down.
Was charged £3 more than price quoted on treatwell. But was in so much pain with my burnt scalp just paid up and left. A really unpleasant experience. Would not go back.

My massage by Saba was absolutely excellent! I went in feeling very pregnant & achey and came out with a spring in my step. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go again. Saba has a natural talent.
All the women who work at the salon were lovely, welcoming and brilliant conversation.
