Very expensive for less than a 5 minute haircut for a 3 year old. Was also a very first cut so it would have been nice for her to get a sticker or a certificate. Staff didn’t say much or very happy. The salon was clean and well decorated though.

I booked and prepaid £40 on Treatwell for a wash, cut and blow-dry for long hair. The stylist did a beautiful job and I was really pleased with how my hair looked afterwards. However, I was surprised to be charged an additional £20 at the end because my hair is thick and long, bringing the total to £60.
As this extra charge was not made clear when I booked. it felt unexpected and a little unfair. I have had the same service at other salons for £30–£40 without hidden costs x
