Katie was wonderful and I’m very satisfied with my waxing service. However, I had two slight issues with the salon itself. 1) The salon is difficult to get into - I had to ring up the business number to ask to be let in for my appointment. 2) The room for my wax was uncomfortably hot (although Katie explained that the heater had been on all day and that it wasn’t always like that)
Overall, I would go back to the salon, but I do think some changes need to be made to make the experience better.

fabulous lash lift!perfect curl and really nice tint as well. salon is very clean and nice interior too. staff were very friendly and made sure i was happy. will definitely return here as it’s the best lash lift i’ve had in london!👌❤️
