Although I've had this treatment before at other salons I was surprised that no questions were asked about my skin or what my areas of concern were prior to commencement of the treatment.

I booked via treatwell & paid in advance. Little after, received a phone call from the centre saying their "diary did not sync" and that they were already booked at that time (!!!). Then I said "ok pls cancel" and she said she had to talk to the manager to do so (it was too late for me to cancel via treatwell). I received another call after 2 hours saying "There is now a free slot if you want to come"!! I said I had already booked somewhere and to have my refund. After almost 1 week no refund!!
