The venue has only just opened I believe and still looks unfinished in places. The treatment room wasn’t the nicest treatment room and was fairly shabby in places and also messy. The treatment bed was also a bit uncomfortable and not very sturdy. Having said that the treatment itself was good and the therapist who did my facial/back massage did a really good job (although the steam and extraction mentioned as part of the facial were missed out). The eyebrow/eyelash tints were done well but I felt the eyebrow shape was a bit rushed and she missed a few hairs that I got myself when I got home.
I would go back but only when there’s an offer on as I think the prices suggest a more luxurious venue than what it is.

After some bad experiences with Hollywood waxes (no one wants loads of stray hairs and only half a job doing) finding this salon thanks to Treatwell was a godsend!
Lovely salon with a cool ambience! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
