Sadly they seemed in quite a rush and she quickly did my brows (missing lots of hairs and the middle section) and when doing my lashes they were not fully coated. I can now see that they are only half black and the roots are still very much my original colour. Was good last time so not sure why I didn’t have a great experience this time round.
