Staff change like the wind here which is a little frustrating. The person your appointment is with will change, with no notification - so if you have a preference for who does your treatment (which I do) you need to keep an eye on your booking. My chosen eyebrow tech has left (another one) so I’ve decided to no longer use this salon. Consistency is important for good customer service, and this salon just doesn’t offer that.
