Really impressed, salon is lovely and clean, I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived, and the therapist was lovely and did a great job of my manicure. Would definitely recommend.

Emma was very good at explaining what she was doing and allowing me time to have a break in between treatments. The massage was very good and I can certainly feel the benefits.

I had Lorraine (who was fairly new to the place i believe) help me with a deep tissue massage, I explained my problem areas and she helped a lot and instantly knew what to do and was very thorough and constantly making sure the pressure was ok and that she wasnt hurting me as I had been suffering from some bad upper back & neck pain after twinging my muscle picking up a large item previous to visiting Kew. Booking again as we speak for a return visit - top marks 11 out of 10!!!
