Venue is beautiful, very clean and the staff could not have been lovelier. She was really friendly and professional. The list of treatments look great so I was looking forward to booking in for more treats. The Hollywood wax was pretty painless as she used good quality, hot (peelable) wax and took the full 35 mins, so I assumed she had been very thorough. But when I got home, lots of hair had been missed on the underneath. So i am STILL on the search for a really good wax in Liverpool. So sad because the overall experience had been really positive.
