I think it was (Laura) who painted my nails in a gorgeous pastel pink. She's ever so friendly, (remembered me from a previous occasion and was genuinely interested in what I had to say, asking questions about my life etc) and she did a lovely job of making my short, slightly bitten nails look fab!
