I've had Reiki before (years ago) but it was my first time visiting the salon. The room was very clean and peaceful. Rae knows what she is doing and has a very grounding, polite and professional manner. The Reiki session has definitely worked - a couple of days later, my body feels like its releasing some much repressed emotions.
I've booked in for my next session to continue the process and I look forward to feeling more centred soon.
