The worst gel manicure I have had. The therapist had only just qualified but did not seem to know what she was doing. The chair did not fit under the table so I had to sit at a really awkward angle which hurt my back. The whole thing took an hour and a half because therapist was so slow. There were only 10 nasty colours. And the results were awful-messy edges, peeling. They did acknowledge it was terrible and so refunded me on the spot, and tried to give me cash half way through. Will not return

Claudia was extremely welcoming and friendly. She took great time and care when threading my eyebrows and made the whole experience really pleasurable. Claudia and her daughter were super lovely and I am very happy with the results. Would 100% return again!
