Left with glue still all over my eyelids and told not to wash at all for at least 24 hours. Woke up with the glue stuck in my eye and had a red stinging eye all day. Treatment was rushed at the end because her next client came in, I think that’s why I ended up leaving with glue all over eyes. Also it’s not a salon it’s a room in her flat - this should be made clear as not everyone wants to go to someone’s room, I prefer going to actual salons so disappointed in Treatwell not making this clear. Room was also very cold and she used garnier make up remover, well told me to remove my own, would expect professional quality products. No collagen eye under eye patches were used, she used the cheap medical tape, this was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would ask her for my money back but paid cash and don’t want to go back

Absolutely love my lashes! I’ve been to various salons across Manchester and London and have always previously had some discomfort with eyelash extensions that I put down to my eye sensitivity. However, Ramie worked quickly and it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Love my Russian lashes and will definitely be back!
