I had a great haircut and experience. The hairdresser was very understanding and friendly and explained everything she did to me. However I do wish they had washed my hair a bit more thoroughly and got down to the scalp! Also I found out that it would have been cheaper if I had booked directly with the hairdresser instead of going through Treatwell!
