Took my mum for a treat. They were really welcoming and obliging when two of us wanted to go in the consultation room. Fantastic service

had a gel "luxury" manicure, very poor!! chipped after 2 hours needed another coat. lovely lady who did the manicure so would go back.
The treatment and the staff member who did it were great; quick, easy and a great sense of humour. Definitely my best threading experience yet.
But the other "front of house" staff seemed a bit down. I think if they smiled, Randle and Randle would appear more welcoming.
Facial Threading
Beautician is very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice about brow shape.I would fully recommend this salon.

It was my first visit and Amanda was keen to check my likes and dislikes before starting the treatment. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and customer satisfaction is extremely important to her.
I was made to feel very welcome and it soon became clear that the treatment list is just a starting point as Amanda was keen to tailor the treatment to what she felt i would get the most benefit from, rather than what was on the list. I was very well looked after and would definitely recommend her massages.
