Great salon experience - greeted upon entering and sat down in my chair within first few minutes of arriving. Josh was very attentive and we talked through what I would like doing before getting a lovely wash and scalp massage. The blow dry part seemed to take a bit longer than it does at other salons I have been to, but I do have very thick hair! Overall, lovely and would go back again - perhaps be a bit braver with my hair style choice!
