Amazing relaxing spa with lovely decor and wonderful massages! The staff are professional and excellent - they listen to you and help with stress and pain!
Perfect massage !
The person behind the desk seemed perplexed by my arrival. Despite this she proceeded to ask one of her colleagues to take me to the room. This person then asked me to get ready, by removing certain clothing. Whilst I was lying down I had the masseuse come in and question how much I had paid and what I had booked. I was cold and annoyed when they came back and said I hadn't booked what I was certain I had. They seemed not to understand that you get a discount when you book in advance on Treatwell. I was asked to get dressed and no apology was given. Both of the staff were extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager who was understanding and rebooked me for the following day.
I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated and spoken to by the two members of staff.
