The whole experience was great. The massage was skilled and I was offered tea/water whilst I waited beforehand and after.

Having had previous massages at this venue I was extremely disappointed. My masseuse, Ismali, was awful. I had booked a back, shoulder and neck massage but she worked on my arms, my hands and then wanted to give me a head massage. I told her this is not what I had booked (and I know I have not had to tell previous masseuses this is the case). She used her elbows on my back but she wasn't very good at establishing where the knots were and caused a lot of pain. I did not leave feeling more relaxed or like I had had a massage.

The masseuse was very friendly and focused on the specific area I asked her to. I left feeling a lot better.

The masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I asked her to focus on a specific part of my back and she did so, and adjusted the pressure to what I requested.
