I was so disappointed with the blow dry. Water was flicked into my face several times when my hair was being washed. The wash wasn’t very thorough, and the blow dry was appalling … I can do better myself. I asked for a bouncy blow dry. What I got was a flat, frizzy finish with the few curls she’d tried to do falling out as soon as I left the salon! She told me that the layers in my hair were too long - she didn’t have a clue. I had had a gorgeous bouncy blow dry at another salon the week before!
