Went to get a simple wash, cut and rough dry done . Normally performed by Dee who is amazing, however, this lady was someone different. She was chatty but rushed the haircut. I was given an estimated time of 45 minutes and the wash and was was done in less than 20. I asked for a shoulder length cut, but she has cut way more than that. Only after getting home have I also realised the cut is in no way even. One side is longer than the other and she's not made it straight all the way round. I feel as though I was rushed in and out even though there was no-one there and so, my hair is shorter and uneven.
Its a shame because when Dee cuts it, the cut is normally very good. However, even if you request her you are not likely to get her.

Felt the appointment was rushed and that the hairdresser was distracted and quick to finish the job, rather than ensure that they had done a good job
