Phone was connected to Bluetooth speaker playing music-it rang multiple times (plus a text) and therapist answered it during treatment. That killed any ambience and felt unprofessional. Unfortunately the massage itself was not great either.

The location was a little difficult to find. The map sent me to somewhere in Harlow 10mins away instead of by Sawbridgeworth station. Clinic warmth and atmosphere could be improved, but it didn’t lessen my experience. Rita is amazing! Very skilled, knowledgeable, caring. Made me feel very welcome. Treatment was carried out perfectly. I couldn’t rate her any higher. I will be recommending her to anyone who asks and will be returning when I’m due my next treatment. Thank you Rita :)
