I came in for BIAB nails. The appointment took over 1.5 hours, which I don’t usually mind if the end result is good — but it wasn’t. During, I was cut and blood was drawn. The nails themselves did not have a great finish and also started chipping after just one week. I’ve been getting BIAB for years and have never had them chip so quickly. To make matters worse, I was charged £60 — which is far above the usual, especially considering that the technician seemed to still be in training.
