Really bad experience. Overpriced (over £70 for essentially a wet trim), significant delays and some of the staff were pretty rude.
The stylist was actually good and it felt like he was quite apologetic about the situation. It was the salon itself which wasn’t acceptable (the management) and I would certainly not go back because of this, nor would I recommend it in any way.

I had such a lovely haircut at this Aveda salon, my hair has never looked better and the overall experience was so lovely. Highly recommend :-)

for a £50 blowdry it was a horrible and rushed service, first time customer but wont be returning.

I don’t normally post reviews, however I was so disappointed after my appointment here that I wanted to post an honest account. I asked for a bit taken off the bottom of my hair and a little reshape, and ended up with hair that was way too short with layers that just looked hacked. The stylist, who was however very pleasant, burnt my head with a hairdryer several times and when washing my toner out got a lot of water down my face. I left not feeling happy but thought it might look better once I’d styled it myself at home, which it didn’t. I was literally in tears which has never happened before in other salons, so I called and asked for a partial refund as I was happy with the colour, just not the cut. The manager advised she would call me back a few days later after speaking to her accounts team which she never did. I called again and was told the same thing and have since emailed and have had no response. Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.
