People were lovely but I was so disappointed with the blow dry. Not only did I get hit in the head multiple times by a hairdresser, the result was awful. I videoed it when I got home and sent friends and they told me to go back for it to be done properly. No hairspray was used. Not worth the money will not return- a shame because the people were nice.

They always are the best, but today they left my hair wat and not rinsed well, greasy to the touch, came home frozen I had to wash them again, I understand that I only paid for growth but I was disappointed
