Haircut was just what I asked for. But I paid for the highest service and was rushed in and out in 45 minutes for a wash, cut and blow dry and my hair is very long. My scalp is actually sore from her aggressively combing my hair and rushing the wash. the chat was very cold and felt like she just didn’t want to be there. Didn’t feel like I received the service I paid for at all.

Friendly, fun staff that really listen to what you want. Always find the whole experience totally relaxing, and have a great cut at the end of it!
