The salon is beautiful and you always come away feeling pampered. However I was really quite unhappy with my haircut. Having asked for a 'basic no frills cut' I ended up with choppy short layers cut into my hair that will take a long time to grow out.

Offered coffee when j arrived. Therapist was chatty and manicure was relaxing. No rushing and had a wonderful hand massage too. A very good experience
