I had a brilliant experience going to Raw Bella Aveda. It is always stressful to try a different hairdresser and can sometimes sparks anxiety but the team made the experience pleasurable and refreshing. Had a quick chat about the haircut that I wanted and Fernando understood straight away. We had a pleasant chat all along and I left the hair salon feeling beautiful. Thanks to the team and especially Fernando. I will definitely come back!

Full head balayage with Wagner. He didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I left looking no different to when I entered, just £150 poorer. Danielle kindly booked me back in for free. I showed Wagner the same reference photo - cool, white silver balayage, but ended up strawberry blonde. Wagner was very rude about it. I left the salon holding back tears and spent the night crying. Danielle offered to re-book me again but I decided not to waste my time or emotion going back. I don’t feel like me.
