I so enjoyed my trip to Aveda. The staff were extremely attentive and even though my stylist couldn't speak on the day due to illness, she was excellent and I am very happy with my hair and colour. It was also nice having the treatment paid for in advance... just made leaving quicker!

Place was lovely - couldn’t fault it and the service was fantastic. Haircut was a bit shorter than I’d like though and the highlights were a bit streaky which was a shame.

The wax was quick and relatively painless (and I have thick hair). I had Rani (don't know if I have the correct spelling, sorry) as my therapist and she was lovely. The only downside is that the beauty table/bed faced the door, so when I was undressed and ready to be waxed the therapist had to really be careful when entering the room so I wasn't seen from the reception area.
