I'm not happy with the experience because my stylist added an extra treatment that cost £50 without consulting me. I paid for a cut and blow dry and an all over colour so I was already paying a lot. We discussed that my hair was dark at the ends but that we were going to cut a few inches of the ends so we could choose a slightly lighter brown for the overall colour. After this conversation, the styllist decided to add another treatment to take some of the previous colour out of my hair and lighten the ends. This treatment would add an extra £50 to the bill, but she charged me £30 because she onlyy put it on the ends. We didn't discuss this at all. When the bill came I paid for it but I thought it was really rude. I mentioned that she should have told me before she did it and she just sheepishly said "okay". I won't go back there again, which is a shame because I quite liked the place apart from that. I'm I used to stylists trying to upsell their services but I've never had then add other treatments without even mentioning it. I honestly quite like my hair dark.
As for the haircut. It's okay, nothing special.
The main thing that o liked about the place was the atmosphere. It was very relaxing... until the bill!

Great haircut from an experienced hairdresser who gave good advice and styled my hair beautifully, a lovely head and shoulder massage beforehand and a nice atmosphere. Also very reasonably priced - I will definitely be returning.
