Wagner was very friendly and listened. Took quite a long time and the receptionist was a bit rude when I asked for NHS discount l, although they advertise it.

The staff were very kind, however my experience has left me really deflated. I have curly mixed hair and frequently get blow dries. I explained to the stylist what I wanted - a sleek blow dry. Unfortunately I don’t believe he knew how to handle my type of hair and instead of expressing that before the treatment, he had a light stab at it and the results are simply terrible. I constantly had to ask for my roots to be gone over and the whole thing sadly was an expensive waste of money.
