The environment and Katie's warm welcome always makes this such a relaxing and special time for us. I relaxed with a cup of tea whilst Katie pampered my daughter, she makes all her clients (even the mini ones) feel special and listened to. Katie was able to advise me on adding some layers to my hair and as always her talent shone through. Cannot rate this salon and Katie more.
