Thank you, Joanne, for my lovely haircut. I went in first thing in the morning and was quite tired as I was rushing around for holiday. My hair hadn't been cut in a while and had completely grown out of its old style. When I went in, the salon was clearing what must've been hair from the night before. I didn't find that too nice to walk into but I wouldn't knock marks off my hairdresser for that - it wasn't her fault - but didn't give a great impression. Joanne came over to seat me and she knew exactly how I want my hair and she cut it extremely well. I've had loads of compliments on my cut and how well it suits me!
I visited the salon for the first time yesterday and Joanne instantly made me feel so comfortable! She cut my hair beautifully and the blow dry was perfect! Will definitely be going back, thank you!!
