I hate having my hair done, but I can't fault this. Relaxed & no forced inane chat. Joanne was brilliant, despite my rubbish communication of what I wanted. She answered all of my questions, & figured out the best way to help me "embrace my cow's lick." Very happy with the result, and the other staff that were milling around were friendly & funny, too.
