Appointment ran on time. The salon is very clean and well maintained. The girl who washed my hair was very nice. It all went wrong after the hairdresser finished doing my hair. I look like a teenage boy who won’t let his mum take him to the hairdressers. I asked for a layered a-line bob. She seemed reluctant to cut it short at the back, and then added a thick, short layer to the top of my head, which doesn’t lie with the rest of my hair and makes it look like I’m in the awkward ‘growing out’ phase. Thankfully, at least, I can still tie the top part of my hair in a bobble while this disaster grows out. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or got scissor-happy, as I have had my hair cut at this salon before and had a lovely cut, but I’m genuinely annoyed about it. It’s going to take months to grow out! I won’t be coming back, anymore, especially as there are cheaper salons in the City Centre that do better cuts.

Ella new exactly what I needed (just a trim is a small trim). She was very nice and helpful. She took her time to make sure that I was happy with the haircut and made an amazing job :)
