I recently went here to have highlights. I had my patch test done and arranged to come back in 48 hours. As I was arriving to the salon I got a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment, in which they told me my appointment had been cancelled. It had cost me over £13 over the past two visits and nothing was done to compensate this. Would not recommend, as they cancelled the appointment in such a short space of time.
