Really disappointed
The hairdresser I had was unfriendly and and didn't really seem bothered about what I wanted to have done. She was rushing and didn't give much time to it. She was in the middle of colouring another person's hair so made me feel like I was in the way. Not sure why I got booked in at that time if she didn't have the time to do it properly. I'm a frequent visitor of razors edge.. but after this I won't be going there again. It made me feel undervalued and kind of spoilt my day.
Amazing haircut and experience! As my hairdresser wasn’t ready, they upgraded me to a more senior stylist for no extra cost. The cut and finish was perfect and I’m very pleased. Will be going back for my next appointment.
Booked a half head of highlights and cut. Fair to say I was unhappy with the colour - I felt I explained clearly what I wanted in my consultation. My cut was shorter than I anticipated, having been told than an inch would be taken off. The hairdresser was pleasant. However, the younger girls, who washed hair etc. created a rather bitchy, unprofessional atmosphere. I was most definitely shocked to see three of them stood aimlessly near myself and the hairdresser whilst my hair was being cut and blown. Quite the audience I must say.
At one point I caught one of them - the surly one - glaring at me. I smiled at her but she proceeded to give me daggers. Strange! I was even more shocked though when I looked up and saw said girl whispering about me to another member of staff. Sounds unbelievable I know, but I know what I saw. Completely unprofessional and downright rude.
